At Community First School, we strive to provide the same quality care for all children. We do not discriminate in the provision of services to persons with disabilities including children with diabetes, and their parents or guardians. However, we understand that there are circumstances that would require accommodations. Should your child require an accommodation during the time that your child is enrolled in Community First School, please inform the office immediately to schedule an in person meeting with the director. During the meeting we will discuss your request for accommodation and any possible reasonable accommodation that CFS can provide. If you are requesting accommodation for a diabetic child, during the meeting with the director you will be provided with the Diabetes Medical Management Plan (DMMP) to fill out for your child diabetic needs.
